NTT DoCoMo Seeks Arbitration With Tata Sons Over Joint-Venture Stake

NEW DELHI— NTT DoCoMo Inc. on Monday said hello has filed for arbitration using the holding company of Tata Group after it still did not find a buyer to the Japanese company’s stake inside a telecommunications partnership.
